Once an order enters processing or is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Processed & Shipped Orders: For processed or dispatched orders, refer to our Return Policy within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs for incorrect item orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Notify us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. Provide a photo of the damaged product and your order number for efficient processing of replacements, refunds, or credit notes.
